Housing someone for work or a claim? Here's how that works.

Guest questions live here. Owners and companies get their own on their pages, so nobody reads the wrong set.
What's the shortest stay?

Two nights in our vacation homes, 30 nights in our monthly homes, and 12 months on a lease. Some homes do more than one; each one shows which.

What's included on a monthly stay?

Furniture, a stocked kitchen, linens and towels, electricity, water, trash and Wi-Fi, and a cleaning every other week. You bring your clothes.

Can my company or insurer pay?

Yes. We can sign the agreement with your employer and send one invoice a month, or bill an insurer or relocation company directly.

Do you take pets?

In some homes, with a pet fee. Each home says so, or ask and we'll tell you which ones.

What if something breaks?

Text or call us any day. Urgent problems get someone there the same day; everything else within two business days.

We're here, and close by.

Our team is in St. Augustine, not a call center three states away. When a guest is locked out at 10 at night, someone from here drives over.
