A standard written lease for one to three years. We pay the rent on the 1st whether the home is booked or not, cover small repairs, and hand it back in the condition we got it (sample terms).
Traveling nurses, people starting new jobs, families between homes, and vacationers. Every guest is ID-checked, and the house rules in your agreement set how long, how many and how the home is used.
In Florida, the state licenses vacation rentals, and the county collects a tourist tax on short stays. We set both up and file them.
