What's included in the monthly price?
Furniture, a stocked kitchen, linens and towels, electricity, water, trash and Wi-Fi, and a cleaning every other week. The guest brings their clothes.
How short, and how long?
Thirty nights to start, then month to month. Need a year? Some homes are on 12-month leases too.
